Book and Bake Sale, October 11th.

The Friends of the Fiske Free Library's annual Book and Bake Sale will be held on Saturday, October 11th from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM at the library. This year, in addition to incredible bargains on books for all ages, the library will be hosting Carolyn Guest, renowned paper cutting and silhouette artist. Ms. Guest will be cutting silhouettes at the library throughout the day. Silhouettes are $20.00 per person and include two views of the subject. Appointments and pre-payment are required. Please stop by the library to reserve a time for your silhouette cutting!
Also, for children, Cheryl the Clown will be making balloon animals from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Local graphic novelist Dustin Warburton will be at the library at 1:00 PM to sign books and discuss his works. Also at 1:00 will be the raffle drawing for Eric Zengota's framed photograph, "Reading Lady". Soup and sandwiches will be available from Noon until 1:00 PM.
