Fossil Workshop for Children
Learn about fossils and sift through your own fossil "dig". You will be able to find and keep your own fossil in this hands on workshop presented by Julianna Manat. Workshop will be held on Thursday, August 17th at 10:30 AM in the Gilmore Room at the library. Suitable for children in grades 2 through 6. Please call 542-7017 or drop by the Children's Desk to register. Space is limited.
Those Amazing Waterbugs
On Thursday, August 10th at 10:30 AM, Jan Lambert of CCD Programs will present a program about bugs that live in the water. Participants will get a chance to view up close the special appearance and behavior of insects adapted to pond and stream. This program is suitable for ages 6 and up.
